Youth Rugby

We pride ourselves on excellence in coaching. Our coaches are qualified and ensure every child is learning the fundamental skills of rugby to set them up for success! We have a fun environment where all parents, children and friends feel part of the Heartbeat Sports Youth Rugby.

We have age groups from Under 5’s – Under 11’s that compete in all the tournaments and our Under 9’s, 10’s and 11’s enter the UAERF Club Youth Competition.

Training

Wednesday, Under 5’s – Under 9’s, 4:30pm -5:30pm at Nord Anglia International School

Under 10’s and 11’s, Wednesdays, 5:45pm – 7:30pm at Nord Anglia International School

Fridays, Under 5’s – Under 11’s, 8am -9:30am at Dubai College.

Under 5’s on Tuesdays at 2:15pm-3:00pm at Nord Anglia International School

We also run Rugby Holiday Camps in the cooler months.
